Tuesday Rec Playoffs


Saturday April 20th & Sunday 21st ... venues open at 11am ... match times noon & 3pm both days..

Tuesday 23rd 7pm start.

To save us time adding scores at last minute.

Monday 22nd Andrea Shorty and will tally up first 8 rounds and have chart ready.

All Teams meet at Chalks after your match for the results.

All scoresheets will be there for player to confirm scores



Wednesday open Playoffs

One more Wednesday finishing up April 27th & 28th

Chalks is having staffing issues and haven't confirmed for 27th & 28th.

We may have to move a match and finish on Wednesday.

Match start times could be Noon & 3pm start Saturday & Sunday finishing Wednesday.

Working on letting us in earlier, put coffee and water out, food and bar service available in Cano and bring over.

This did happen to us once before when staff shortage. Keep you posted.



Awards & Dance Party May 11th

This season due to food costs and kitchen availability, time for a change.
No dinner , later start and charcuterie trays' for each table.
Naomi , some of you know her from baseball. At baseball we would build amazing charcutiers tray's for the players. She's also a red seal chef. Getting excited we have some great ideas in the works.

One at each table, size based on how many seated at table. Please let me know of any food allergies.


Every year a team brings a prize to raffle off to raise money to send a team of 10 to 12 players to represent our league at the Vancouver Island Team Challenge June 1st, 2024.

This year we're switching it up and doing a Silent auction. maybe a couple teams want to team up and get a bigger gift, it's your choice to support CVPL team.

Since it's spring cleaning time ... look around your house and find something, funny, naughty or nice you don't want but possibly someone else might. Wrap it up and sign at your free will. Bring to party and put on table, if you want to play my game.

Charcutiers boards brought out at first band break.

Will drop off a sheet for each team to fill out who's coming from team guests & food elegies paying cash or taking from winnings? ,
