Minutes of Registration Meeting Sept 6th

- The Elks was asking for $5 a player for us to use venue for Tuesday & Wednesday.
- Every team needs minimum of one Elks member to register asap.
- If we use hall for events it's $35 hour $100 each bartender

- Asked about the $5 I'm getting a night, if they bought the tables would they get it?

Explained how I asked for $2.50 for C.A.P. because the Elks or bars weren't busy enough to pay me. Players appreciate what I do for pool and decide to pay me $5 each instead.

My response to the Elks was, I don't think the players would go for it but I would present it to you all.

Must say Thank You ....for the love and appreciation from all of you when I did inform you of this.
All teams agreed that they were being greedy, unappreciative and not realising how much business we've brought then.

Hope I convinced all of you that I don't want to burn a bridge and we should stay with the Elks and continue to grow the league.

My plan was to drop C.A.P. fees down to $2.50 a night any ways .

Elks and I came to agreement, sold them the 4 pool table. They will get $2.50 a night.

As for all there other request we can deal with that later.

Been asked why no signs up or advertizing? Weren't sure if we were gonna have room for more teams. Good new is we already have 10 Tuesday and 13 on Wednesday teams!! Better new advertising on radio starts this week!!

The last few days we have been tuning all tables up in town and will be ready to roll ... well hopefully I mean no rolls.

Not building league on website until next week. Much easier for me to build scheduling once all teams confirmed.

Tuesday Rec Sept 11

All teams show up at Elks unless otherwise told to go to Kelly's.

A few teams may need a spare tomorrow, come on down to Elks to say hi.

CCS Registration is $20 a player and $15 a night league fees.

Use last year averages all new players will be ranked. If you have a unranked player please call me to assign ranking.
