-Fill in amount and fees paid
-Fill in rounds won and lost
--Please double check total points and both teams sign off in agreement OR points from home team scoresheet will be
considered the correct total
-Please add New players First and Last name, Email and phone # to your envelope
-Fill in Sportsmanship correctly, please don't just throw in 10's for everyone or leave empty! Thank You to the Two teams who are taking the
