Minutes of Meeting Sept 15th

Was nice to see so many of you out at the meeting. Things will be a little different this season with a few less teams.
Covid has changed our lives for now, and shots and mask are mandatory.

* 14 teams in attendance at meeting 6 Tuesday and 8 Wednesday.

* 4 tables at Chalk and 1 at the Elks 3 more going in this weekend. Help needed... if available please call me.

* 16 teams as it sits today and a few teams still looking for players that have their Covid shot. Please call me if you want to play.

* It was decided to all play together on Wednesday night. Play every team once than decide if we will continue league or call a playoffs.

* League fees are $15 a night with $10 going to prize fund and $5 going to CAP for table fees.

In return I will open tables for free play 5pm when each location opens, free play for league players until close.

CAP will sponsor weekly free raffles for all league members.

* Was decided to use CCS for stats and go back to paper.

* Team kits will be out at your first match on the 29th.

* Captains please collect your $20 CCS Registration Fee along with league fees.
