Hello all :) It's that time of year....rosters freeze and I do a full audit and financials over the holidays. When we come back in 2020 I will have prize payouts figured for final league standings and playoffs.

Roster Freeze is Dec 31st and team roster cleanup. Could all captains please respond to this email before our next night of league play and let me know who are regular team players.

If there are players that need to be removed from team please let me know.

Roster Freeze means ...no new players with out approval of myself or the board if needed to make a final discussion.

Spares that have played in league are allowed to continue as a sub, if a team is picking up a sub for a regular player...please let me know.

Last chance to qualify for finals on Jan 18th... estimated $1000 to be paid out in skins format.

Taking a vote from all players at Saturdays Dec 28th event.

As it stands we wont have a full field of qualified players for finals. $1000 is based on full field of 32 players.

After this Saturday I have $600 in Prize pot.

Should we change the amount of weeks to qualify... if so...to what?

Or leave as is and play with a smaller field.
