It's all most time to put away the boards and pull out the pool cues! Been working on some great things for the new season to create another exciting season of organized league play in the Comox Valley.

I'm excited about the new changes listed below...my hands are gonna love the break...lighten my work load...stats will be ready for viewing as soon as your game is done.


No more handing in cash on league nights!

League play is 28 weeks x $11 a player = $308 a year x 4 players per team = $1232 per team

Each team captain is responsible to collect weekly fees and send one e-transfer per team. I will not except e-transfer from each team player.

If you do not do internet banking I will except a cheque. NSF fees $50...or call it...pain in my ass fee!

You can pay weekly....some have asked...can I pay all at once....yes! Paying in advance very GOOD....falling behind BAD...late fee penalties could be in your future!


NO TEAM KITS this season We all know Compusport program from our CCS events. Four years ago they created an League Program and it's been getting great reviews. You download the app to your phone and enter your score on line right after your game. Both captains agree on finally match scores sign off and BAM BAM stats are done!

I will hand out scoresheet that I have left but once there gone it's up to you to make a copy if you want to continue to use them.

The cost is $3 a player which C.A.P. Billiards LTD will cover. It's a small cost compared to the hours I used to put in.


Wednesday Sept 5th will be the finally registration meeting followed by 8 Ball Tourney

- Discuss the new program and each teams payment method....go to www.compusport.ca to download app to learn more before meeting

- Teams and Divisions...depending on how many teams this season will decide if C Division will go in house at the Avalanche on Tuesday nights.
If the league goes to two nights the teams will be divided as listed based on tables available.

A/B Division Team - Two or more A Players on Team...No more than two play per round each night - Wednesday nights all bars

B/C Team - Two or more B players on a team...No more than two play per round each night...No A Players - Tuesday Nights in house Avalanche

B and C players can play both nights if space is available Priority given to teams that qualify for the bracket first.
