It has been brought to my attention that it is time to cap how many points we can give as a handicap per round.

I've talked with Ted from CCS about this and the handicap max for our league will now be 12 points per round max.

The reason for this is if a team wins all their games 10-7 and were to lose the round because of the handicap should not be penalized for winning every game.
