It's been an exciting season and a very tiring playoffs for myself. Today is the first day I'm starting to feel a little back to normal. The amount of work going into this, during and after playoffs sure wiped me out this year. It's been a tough year of many changes and obstacles for me and I thank all of you that has helped me through the tough and good days.

Playoffs went smoothly in all division and granulation to all the winners. The division were formed based on scheduling of UFC at the Avalanche. The league break for division had to be the way it was and I assure you there was no sandbagging. The spread gap for points were pretty close in all divisions and a few ties, could have gone either way. I had considered moving Breaking Bad to A and 8 Balls & A Pocket to B but was convinced that no sandbagging happened and it is what it is.

Banquet April 22 at the Courtenay Legion doors open at 5:30 dinner at 6:30 followed by the awards presentation and the live music with Machine Gun Kelly. I still missing some info for the banquet from the following teams and need no later than this Tuesday the 18th to confirm head count for dinner. League players are covered from the prize fund and guest are $25. Could the team captains listed below please give me a call.

Tomorrow at the Avalanche is Handicapped 9 ball Tables open at 11:30, starts at 1pm, $10 entry, $2 green fee. The 9 Ball Pot is at$240 with 4 draws.

Continuing play on Wednesday nights at the Avalanche on April 19th & 26th for B & C players Dominick would like to continue play of either a tournament or maybe lessons. Depending how many players show up. Great opportunity for B & C players to improve your game!

Summer Singles League Starts May 3rd at the Avalanche Tables open at 6pm, starts at 7pm. One time $10 registration fee, pay $5 a night, play 6 games, need to show up 6 weeks out of the 12 to qualify for playoffs on Wednesday July 26th.

Cups for Cancer Scotch Doubles Tourney May 7th at the Avalanche Going to be a great day of fun supporting a great cause. Hope to see a lot of you there!!
