This year I will be paying for all the rooms and using my Best Western Rewards Card so I can move up and get a corporate rate in the future. This will save the league money when I do group bookings and will increase my reward points. Bonus to me for all the hard work I do. Please make sure your arrival date and checkout date is correct, if you need to change something with your room contact me not the hotel.

Our rate at the Best Western Dorchester is $104 + 15% room tax = $119.60 when two in a room. When 3 in a room the cost is $114 + 15% tax = $131.10.

All rooms will be responsible for their own incidentals charges and will need to present a credit card upon check-in.

Conway is a ref for the event and CCS is paying 1/2 the cost of the room for the 5 nights. The league will pay 1/2 of one night stay for your team play. Lynda is not playing for our league so no cost covered for her.

You may have noticed that myself and Deb Williams aren't on this list but are entitled to one night room costs from prize fund. I never take room costs for this event because CCS covers my room. Deb is helping me out at the event so she will be staying with me.

For those that couldn't find a spot on a team I have offered to pay Scotch Doubles entry. There is no league play on Wednesday Nov 11 and you still have time to sign up deadline is Nov 8th. I'm waiting on confirmation from one women for Rene and if anyone else is interested you still have time to join.
