All team captains were given an Agenda for meeting #2 on Wed. Oct 7/15 and were asked to discuss the information included with their teams as there were a few items that needed to be voted on.

BC's Penticton CCS Tournament was a unanimous vote to stay the same, as long as players that have won their place on the team play in other events as well. If they do not the room cost for the extra days are to be cancelled or covered by that player.

Ben Gill proposed to have a trophy for the top team in the final league standings. It was voted in that the money to cover the cost of this trophy(s) is to be taken from the top 3 teams in the playoffs payouts.

The banquet is on April 23rd and it was a unanimous vote to have Gill's Catering and Machine Gun Kelly play again( but keeping the volume down).

Play off format had a unanimous vote to change back to round robin in both divisions as well as both divisions having a handicap. Rose will do her best to keep play on two Wednesday and only use one weekend for playoffs if possible. Dates will be announced as soon as we know April UFC dates because that is a big day for the Avalanche and we can't play a full day on that weekend.

Reminder seven weeks of schedule was determined that for the last 7 weeks of play we will return to the top of the schedule and repeat the first 7 rounds but table assignments and home and away may change.

At the time of our meeting we only had 9 teams registered to play in the Island CCS tournament in Nov.
Rose proposed that she would cover the entry fee for anyone that would like to play Scotch Doubles if not able to play in the team event.(Only one or the other event will be covered). I have a few men that don't have a team to play for and would like to play Scotch Doubles any ladies interested please give me a call.

Any questions regarding registering for Nanaimo in Nov or about the meeting please contact Rose.

Have a wonderful day and great shooting tonight!

Thank you
Deb
