This year we have 9 teams going and more players needing rooms. Our room cost is $105 a night for two double beds at the Best Western and all rooms for our league are to be booked through me. It was to much work last year when players booked themselves and more than one hotel was used. Than I had to pay them back from the prize fund and one person got missed after budget was done. So I had to cover from my pocket, that was Bernie's room when he stayed at the Travelodge. One group booking means one withdrawal from prize fund. If you book your own room you pay for it.

Now I'm getting request for queen singles with ocean views. The hotel charges more for those rooms and are not under my block this year because of the high demand and limited amount of rooms available like that.

With the contract I have signed with the Best Western I get the following free upgrades; two harbour queen rooms with two beds in each and one executive suit. The suit comes with a king bed in a private bedroom and a large living room with two couch beds harbour and city view and is a very large private corner suit. I would like to give the queen beds to two couples per room or a couple and one other roommate and put at least 4 people in the executive suit. All other rooms will be 2 double beds no view quarenteed.
