Week #3

Schedule is posted for the season it was very tough giving each team the same amount of home matches as away matches as well as rotating who plays on what table when so many teams out of different locations. I have been told in the past there is a program for this and believe me I've tried a lot of them and have not found one that works for us. So I use the standard 22 player round robin format and rotate position manually based on tables availability at each location. Please look over schedule and see if it is correct for your team and you table rotation is fair. If there is something wrong please let me know asap and I will do what I can to try and make it work for all.

Last Saturday of the month tourney at the Avalanche is tomorrow and we have 7 tables to use!
Tables open at noon, $10 entry, $2 green fee
Bar adds $100 to the pot
Hope to see you all there.

Stats on Wednesday
Randy Brown 1 ERO
Donna May 1 ZIP
Bill Laramee, Eon Moore, Gary Adams & Rob Horton each got 1 First Attempted.

Handicaps for all players that have played 8 games. If you have played on more than one team add your score and divide by number of games played to get your correct average. If a player has not played 8 games and they are listed as a A player beside their name they go in as a 10 average. Players ranked B & C or have a X beside their name go in as a 8 average. Teams bringing in new players must contact me before that player plays, to insure that player gets a correct ranking.

YANA 50/50 Raffle we added another $100 to the pot, so far this year we have raised $723.50. David Glover from Lame Ducks was the lucky winner of $100.

Vancouver Island Championships Nov 12-16 is only 45 days away! Website is now up for all to register http://www.cdnqsport.com based on the success of last years tournament I expect full fields in all division. Register online now to guarantee your spot.

Tuesday 9 Ball at Chalk Lounge there was 14 player and the luck was with James Lalonde who's ticket was the 8th draw and he sunk the 9 ball on the break and won $1248! Next week the pot starts at $102 with 3 draws. Sorry no results of winners were handed in so i could not post.

Good Luck and Good Shooting and most of all Good Sportsmanship from you all.
Rose
