Banquet is Friday April 25th at the Westerly Hotel, some teams forgot to put their choice for the dinner as well as how many team players are coming and if they are bringing a quest. Please have info for me at captains meeting next Wednesday 7pm at the Avalanche.

We received our licence to do raffles once again for YANA our licence had expired in Nov and at that time we were at $1072.50. We had our first draw last night and added $58.50 to date we have $1131. We are also licence to do a raffle a Chalk Lounge and will have one going next week, three weeks left to help support this wonderful group. Thanks all for supporting YANA :)

NO TAKING DRINKS OUT THE BACK DOOR at the Avalanche or BRING YOUR OWN LIQUOR to the bar The management at the Avalanche have seen this happen from a few pool players on Wednesday & Sundays and have asked me to inform you that you will be barred if caught. They have a few of you on camera and if you get caught bringing alcohol in again they will bar your whole team. I really don't want to see this happen to any team so please martin up!

The Vancouver Island Team Challenge is the weekend of June 6, 2014 they haven't decided if we play on the Friday June 6th or if we start on Saturday June 7th. This all depends on how many teams they allow to entry this year. I will be donating a few pool cues and lots of prizes to raise money to help cover cost for the CVPL team of 7 men and 3 ladies. I have a few confirmed spots on our first team but still waiting to here from the rest of you that are interested. All players that don't make this first team will be on backup list for second team.
