CCS Vancouver Island 8 & 9 Ball Championships teams need to be confirmed with me by this Sunday. I have to book all rooms by Monday to get the $99 a night rate. I will be calling all players interested and forming teams that are not completed over the weekend.

Sponsored teams will have their team entry fee paid by the league but each player is responsible for the $30 green fee. Could all players competing in this event pay your captains $30 green fees this Wednesday and add to your league envelope. If this isn't possible please give me a call to make arrangements for payment.

Entries into Singles, Scotch Doubles and 9 Ball need to be registered and paid a.s.a.p. and no later than Nov 15th to avoid late fees.

CCS Referees Course was completed by Deb Williams, Rob Horton, Fergie, Jason Rushton, Conway Pauls and myself. Congratulations to all were now on our way to step two of becoming a certified ref.

The Break doesn't count as a shot if your opponent gets a Run out you still have to circle the N. I was just informed this by an email from Ted which makes sense to keep your average fair as well as your spot in POY points. I know this has happened to a few players and I will be checking the stats this weekend and doing corrections. To save me some time if this has happened to you please give me a call tomorrow and I will correct it.
