* Tuesday 9 Ball has been going steading with Jason Rushton as your tournament director.

* I've had a few last minute request to change the last Saturday of the month tourney to this Saturday August 24 because of the long weekend and Kris and Cindy's wedding. I didn't want to conflict with Art running Scotch Doubles this Saturday at the Elks in Campbell River but I spoke with him this morning and it is no problem. That means tables will open at the Avalanche August 24 at noon and play starts at 1pm. $10 entry and $2 green fees bar adds $100 to the pot.


* Winter League starting soon! First league meeting and registration is Sept. 4 at 7pm at the Avalanche followed by a Double Knockout Tournament. If you don't have your team registered yet please give me a call limited spots available to get your choice of home venue.

The Bridge Lounge is looking to have 4 teams this years, stop in and talk to Nicola and see what great plans she has to offer your team this coming season.
