This year I have chosen award plaques for the winning teams with their team picture on it. To do this I need team pictures. Coup from the Comox Valley Record is doing a article and has offered to take pictures for us. He is only available on Sunday and will be at the Avalanche at 10am to take your team pictures. The Avalanche will open at 9:30am Saturday & Sunday and the restaurant will serve breakfast.

On Saturday at 10:30 I will do a short presentation at the Avalanche and hand out all final league standing payouts. To make this possible for all teams to attend the B Division matches on Saturday are moved ahead 1 hour to 12:30pm start. In the A Division to assure that we are done on time before the bar gets busy all matches are moved back 1 hour, start time is 11am.

There will be a lot of players wanting to practice at the Avalanche but please only A Division players on the tables. Chalk lounge will be open for you at 11:00 so you will have plenty of time to practice before your 12:30pm match.

I'm happy to see our head count for the banquet is now at 108. Wendy or I will be around tonight with the banquet tickets that each team reserved. If for some reason you can't pay for your banquet ticket I can subtract it for you from the money you have won in final league standings. If you didn't reserve a banquet ticket there are a few extras.
