With only one week left of league play and first place is still open for grabs. Looks like Dominick put a hold on to first for Top Male in POY Points. and Deb Williams has a good hold on Top Lady. The only thing that could take this away from them is a few stats next week for the ones right below them.

It's that time of year I start collecting prizes for our banquet so if anyone has a business or know of one that may donate a prize please let me know. I have a sponsorship letter if needed.

Reminder to all teams that are behind on league fees this must be paid up in full by next Wednesday to be eligible for playoffs. All players need 8 weeks/32 games to qualify for playoffs. There are a few teams that have lost players for playoffs because of moving or work. So I have approved players that have been a sub or moved from another team so all teams have a full team for playoffs. I will have updated averages for those players after last week of league play.

There has been a few situations when a player did not show for a game or a player decided he didn't want to play and pick up the 8 ball and put it in the pocket. If this happens the opponent will not get a stat because it was not earned but will get the 10 for the win. The other player will not count that game as being played so it doesn't effect average. Remember this is a fun league and always show your best Good Sportsmanship.

I need to know next Wednesday from all teams how many players from the team and how many guest are coming to the banquet. Please right on your envelope on Wednesday. I will have complete banquet info for all by next Wednesday.

Entertainment for the banquet is still up in the air and we have a lot of great musicians in the league. If you would like to get involved and make it a jam night please give me a call.

Complete playoff schedule with match times and table assignments will be handed out next Wednesday.

Tonight is the referee open book test at 7pm at the Avalanche and no one has confirmed thier spot. Please call me if your planning to come. I know there's 6 of you that were interested but I need confirmation your coming.
