Looks like we have a new top lady in the league, Christie Tipper! Tracy Cross moved into second when she got her second stat of the year which bumped me to four, but look out ladies Deb Williams is shooting her average each week and is right on your butts ;). Excellent shooting ladies! Hats of to you all!

There was a few more stats on Wednesday night, Ben Gill got a ZIP, Fergie shot two ERO's in a row, Robin Ward got a ERO & two Zips. Great shooting all!

Looking to improve your game, come on out and try handicapped 9 Ball on Monday nights at Chalk Lounge with Deb & Tuesday nights at The Bridge Lounge with Steven. Tables open by 6pm and starts at 7pm.

Could all CCS BC Penticton trip winners meet at the Avalanche at 6pm next Wednesday for a quick meeting about final ride arrangements, payment arrangements, team shirts and a group picture for the news paper. I will donate a Lucasi Big Beulah II breaking cue value at $349. and collect some prizes from Labatts so a raffle can be done to raise the extra money needed for our fifth night of stay, that was not included in our budget.

Cindy Brown has welcomed all to the Mex this Saturday for the African charity event for Eye Surgery. Starts at 7pm there will be a burger fries/salad & beverage special for $15. There will also be 50/50 draws through out the evening and live music from Monkey Wrench.

When filling in your Good Sportsmanship rating please do not fill it in until both teams have signed and can not see your rating on your score sheet. I've had a few teams that feel they have been pressured into giving a 10 because the other teams comment is"look what we gave you do we get a 10 to". So they feel obligated to do so, when really they were going to get a 7. Than I get a call to change the score, once it is handed in the Good Sportsmanship score that is on the score sheet is final. If you forget to write it in you can call me the next day, if you forget to do so, they get a 10. So please be honest and fair in your rating for each team this is all about being a good sport!

The Team winning the GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP TROPHY will receive an additional $50. for each player that has played a minim of 8 weeks.

Every Team is eligible for the Good Sportsmanship Trophy. The winner will be determined by each Team rating the other Team after each League Play Match on a scale of:

0 - Unacceptable
3 - Poor
5 - Good
7 - Excellent
10-Outstanding.

The Rating is to be entered in the box provided on the score sheet if you forget to enter a rating they get a 10.

Good Luck, Good Shooting and most of all Good Sportsmanship!
Rose
