Week #2

I thought the league was final with 16 teams but on Wednesday a new team joined our league.

Welcome aboard Drive By!

Now this makes an odd number of teams so I’m working hard to build an 18th team. If there’s anyone who has a friend that’s been thinking about joining now’s the time to get him to give me a call a.s.a.p. I have two player’s we need 2 or 3 more to build this team. They can do a make up match play each other twice and they will be caught up with the rest of us.

Now for the schedule, just when I thought I had it figured out, more teams! No worries, I will make it work out for all teams. This will just take me a little more time.

This week we use handicaps, please make sure each players has played 8 games total before you use their handicap. If a payer has played 8 games his/hers handicap can never be lower than 5. Unsure of a players ranking please give me a call.

Everyone has been so helpfull with the new players and please continue to do so for a week or two.

Nice to see almost everyone has paid their CCS registration fee. For those that havn’t must do so before they play.

It’s up to each captain to print or make arrangements for someone from your team to print and bring stats with you on league night.

On our first night of league play there was a mix up of cues, could everyone check there cases. I have a Dufferin cue hat was handed in, and there is one missing with a small tip one side is flat on the bottom and has crackle on from the varnish cracking.

I also have two cues that were left at the Avalanche a few weeks back. One is a wooden case with 2012 CCS sticker on it and a black soft case. If you know who's they are call me.

Rob hope you had great birthday!

Good Luck, Good Shooting and most of all Good Sportsmanship.
Rose
