I need to call a very important board meeting this coming Wed. at 6pm at the Avalanche. Will all board members please inform me a.s.a.p. if you can or can not make this meeting.

This Saturday the 28 at the Avalanche is our once a month 8 Ball Tournament bar adds $100 to pot starts at 1pm.

Tuesday 9 Ball at The Bridge starts at 7:30 doors open at 7pm and the 9 Ball pot is at $313 bucks!

With so many players going to Penticton there will be teams that need to do make up matches which can be played before or after Penticton but no later than Feb 29.
If a team still has 3 players here not going to Penticton your match is still scheduled to play unless you make your own arrangements and re schedule your match.
There will be a lot of subs available to play from teams that won't be here, so make arrangements to pick up a player this coming Wed.
It’s up to each captain to contact their opponents to reschedule your match than inform me of the date you plan to play so arrangements can be made with the host.
All matches must be played at location match is scheduled to play.
