Wasn't that a party!

Lots of great food followed by many laughs playing our gift exchange game of musical chairs. It sure brought the child out in all of you and Dominick was the winner! Than Cindy and Kris ran a blind draw tournament of Scotch Doubles and after taking out Don & Kevin, than myself and Frank were the A side winners. Don and Kevin came back and took us out 2 matches straight, we were on the hill and Frank was on the 8 ball for the win than suddenly he was replaced by Lou and miss cued and Don & Kevin became the Scotch Doubles Champs. I must say that was the most fun I've had in a long time!

I would like to thank all of you for bringing excellent food and those who helped make this evening so much fun.

The results are final and we have our top 5 men and top 4 ladies that will represent the Comox Valley Pool at the CCS Lucasi BC Championships in Penticton Feb 15 - 19.

Top 5 men are Greg Shelvey, Rob Horton, Dominick Greiner, Wayne Stewart and Vince Bull unfortunately for Dominick he will be in Quebec and will miss the chance to play, so next in line is Fergie Ferguson.

Top 4 ladies are Deb Williams, Sandra Shelvey, myself and Cindy Brown. I think we have 2 great teams representing our league.

Still one more chance for the rest of you in the league to win the last trip and join us in Penticton. Team playoffs are January 21st at the Avalanche. If your team is short a player give me a call and I'll find you someone.
