Week 2 Stats

Big thanks to thank Liz for taking care of things for me last night wail I was home sick.
Looks like I missed a very fun night of pool last night!
Happy Birthday to Cindy Brown and Heather Cooper!

Team score sheet are coming into the office incomplete.
I will point out a few things that are being missed;

* Players full names on score sheet, we have to many players with same name.
* Put both team names on top of your score sheet.
* Total up all players scores then add all together for total to see who wins the 5th round.
* Each night is out of 5 rounds you count the final round of overall scores as a round won.
* Send in only the white copy, the yellow copy is for you to keep track with.
* Must mark your stats on both score sheets to get credit for them.
* Some of you are forgetting to put in the Good Sportsmanship Rating.
Please do so after you have signed your score sheet. No score they automatically get a 10.
* Please only use pen No pencils, I can't send a fax copy in pencil.
* If your team is in the Red please pay up a.s.a.p. or late fees my come into effect.
* If your team has a - sign in front of Fees to date column that is what your team is ahead in fees paid.

All players must pay their $20 CCS League fee the first night of league play even if they are just a sub!
If you forgot you can not play again until you do pay.

I can't stress how important it is for each team to have a extra player on your team.
It never fails that someone can't make it and you may be forced to play with 3 players.
If you do play with 3 players and rotate your players to each play an extra round.
The player with the lowest average on the team plays that extra game.
If your team is short a player it should not work out to benifit your team by playing the best player the most.
The fairest way to pay each player out at the end of the season is divide the amount of money your team makes by what percentage of games each play has played. This way the sub doesn't get burned for helping out the team.

Next week we use handicaps, so its up to each team to bring a copy with them to every night of league play.

It has been brought to my attention that we have quit a few new and old players that are A or an A+ player. If an A or an A+ player comes in to play and has not played a minim of 8 games to get an handicap. They do not go in as a 8 average they go in as a 10 average untill they have played 8 games. If your not sure of a players ranking don't hesitate to call me.

Good Luck, Good Shooting and most of all Good Sportsmanship to you all!
Rose
