Good day to you all!

WOW! What an excellent night full of laughter and some dam good pool shooting!

Well here’s the low down on the evening! A few of our top players got bumped out of the tournament early and really changed the out come of the evening. Vince bumped Phil, Don Bumped Darcy, Heather bumped Don, Jason R. bumped me then Jason C. bumped Jason R. We had 4 ladies all finishing in the same spot Shannon, Heather Alison and Rose all finished 13th – 16th Mr Ed Johnson showed us why he is our POY of the summer league. With the luck of the draw I played Ed in the first match and being a little hooker isn’t what it’s made out to be it really didn’t help me he still took me out 3 straight. Then Doug 3 straight, Wolf got 1 game out of him and then took out Frank 3 straight and became the A side winner. Next Johnny took Darcy out 3 straight, then Sue 3 straight, Wolf took out Johnny 3 straight and put him on the B side. Johnny took out Shannon 2 straight, Doug 2 straight, Kevin almost had him but Johnny got him 2-1 which put Kevin finishing 5th – 6th. Johnny went on and played Wolf who took him out 3 straight which gave Johnny 4th place. Now for the big bad Wolfs who almost got bumped by our little red riding hood Alison to the B side his first match. They were tied 2- 2 lucky for Wolf Alison scratched on the 8 ball so Wolf moved on and took Johnny out 3 straight and then Ed was on his way to grammas house and the big bad Wolf showed up with cue in hand but Ed said that big stick don’t scare me and took out Wolf 3 -2 putting him on the B side. Wolf met up with Jason C and huff & puffed and blew his balls down 2 games straight. That wolf kept on blowing and took out Johnny 2 straight giving Johnny 4th place. Now for our new hot shot shooter Mr Frank Zitelmann his first match he beat Shannon 3-2, then Jason C. 3-1, then came across of one of our top players Kevin and got him 3-2, then Ed slowed him down and took him out 3 straight and put him on the B side where he meet that big bad Wolf who took him out 2 straight giving Frank 3rd place. So now Wolf is B side winner and Ed A side winner and what a match Ed won the first game Wolf the second then Ed the third but on the 3rd game Wolf broke the balls and sunk the 8 off the break and won the $57.25 in our little scratch piggy! The fourth game Ed took out our big bad Wolf so he got 2nd and our summer league champion is Ed Johnson!

Thanks to all of you for your support and helping me build the best league ever! It sure looked like you all enjoyed your self’s as much as I did and look forward to the winter season starting Sept 15, 2010.
